Palestinians have lived under military occupation for more than 50 years. Under International Law, Israel is responsible for the health, education and economic welfare of the occupied people. It not only fails to deliver, it destroys Palestinian attempts to fill the gap.

HIRN refuses to accept this, and energetically responds to calls for help from villages and individuals throughout the South Hebron Hills and the Bethlehem Governorate.
