Boycott Divestment Sanctions (BDS) - Official group

BDS is a global campaign that was launched in 2005 by Palestinian civil society organizations. The movement calls for various forms of nonviolent pressure on Israel until it complies with international law and Palestinian rights.

The three main goals:

  1. Ending the Israeli occupation and colonization of all Palestinian lands and dismantling the apartheid wall.
  2. Recognizing the fundamental rights of Palestinian citizens of Israel to full equality.
  3. Respecting, protecting, and promoting the rights of Palestinian refugees to return to their homes and properties as stipulated in UN Resolution 194.
